– Leads board meetings and decision-making processes.
– Acts as a liaison between the board, executive team, and external stakeholders.
– Ensures financial and legal compliance of the initiative.

2. Director of Fundraising & Partnerships
📌 Role: Responsible for securing funding, sponsorships, and building relationships with donors, corporations, and grant organizations.

– Develops and executes fundraising strategies to ensure financial sustainability.
– Identifies and secures grants, corporate sponsorships, and donations.
– Builds partnerships with businesses, restaurants, grocery stores, and local government.

3. Director of Operations & Logistics
