A Leadership Vacuum Demands Fresh Vision

Fort Bend County is at a crossroads. Current County Judge KP George faces third-degree felony charges for money laundering, adding to his existing legal battles. While due process must prevail, these controversies highlight a troubling pattern—leadership distracted by scandal, while families and businesses grapple with real challenges like rising costs, infrastructure needs, and economic uncertainty.

This isn’t just a legal crisis—it’s a leadership vacuum,” says Eddie Sajjad, candidate for Fort Bend County Judge in 2026. “Fort Bend deserves fresh thinking, bold ideas, and someone ready to deliver results from day one.

Why Eddie Sajjad? A Leader Rooted in Fort Bend, Not Politics

Eddie isn’t a career politician. He’s a problem-solver, entrepreneur, and proud Fort Bend resident of 27 years. Raised in Houston and Fort Bend since immigrating to the U.S. at age 9, Eddie’s values were shaped by this community. His children attend local schools, his businesses thrive here, and his vision is grounded in the needs of everyday families.

When asked about comparisons to KP George—both being of South Asian descent—Eddie clarifies: “Not much at all. We’re from different countries, cultures, and religious backgrounds. My credentials? I’m a Fort Bend success story, not a political insider.

Solutions Over Slogans: A Platform Built to Deliver

While others lean on empty promises, Eddie’s campaign offers 10 execution-ready initiatives to tackle Fort Bend’s toughest challenges. No partisan games. No vague rhetoric. Just actionable plans:

  1. BudgetBox: A transparency tool to track county spending and empower residents to propose better solutions.
  2. The Forge: A tech incubator to create jobs and position Fort Bend as an innovation hub.
  3. Shared Plate: Combats food waste while providing job training and uniting communities.

The time for slogans is over,” Eddie says. “My campaign is about delivering solutions that improve lives—not playing politics.”

Independence is an Asset

Unlike opponents tied to political networks, Eddie brings a clean slate. “My lack of political history isn’t a weakness—it’s a strength. I’m beholden to no one but the people of Fort Bend,” he asserts. His background in business and technology equips him to cut through bureaucracy, prioritize efficiency, and restore trust in local government.
